How many of us moms..... (and dads!) agree with this and wish that others really knew the 'truth' about stay at home moms and the working ones as well.
When a couple has a baby, there is an immediate drastic change in their lives. Nowadays the role of parenthood could be outsourced but if you as parents would like to build the best relationship possible with your baby, many sacrifices will have to be made. It is so important for the child to experience the love of the parents which can only be given by spending quality time with the baby. Yes it is a 24/7 work day for both working and non-working parents. It is important to embrace the challenges of motherhood and fatherhood as there will be many rewards in the long term for all the sacrifices made from the onset.
Thanks for sharing MAG. This is so true. Life proves to be a challenging one sometimes but at the end of it all you always have to keep in mind the precious and priceless gift that was given to us parents.
Yes, sometimes I moved to the beat of my baby as well.... but most times I found myself in the situation where I used the time he spent sleeping to get the things done which I couldn't do while he was awake!

ReplyDeleteWhen my little one was a baby, I slept when she slept, and ate when she ate. Everything was on her time !
